Miss Bridgeman’s primary practice areas are labor and employment law; and business consulting, representing clients in both the private and public sectors. Miss Bridgeman limits her labor and employment practice solely to the representation of management and is available to provide training, legal counsel, and legal defense for all labor and employment matters, including investigations; employee discipline; grievance and arbitration; development of personnel policies; family and medical leave matters; wage and hour law compliance; general compliance; EEOC matters; and developing training curricula. Miss Bridgeman frequently handles administrative and court hearings for the firm’s clients. Miss Bridgeman is skilled in legal research and writing; drafting and arguing motions; and preparing witnesses for arbitration and trial.
