Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining
Our attorneys serve as chief negotiators on behalf of management in collective bargaining. If we are not directly at the bargaining table, we provide counsel and advice to the employer’s chief negotiator on bargaining strategy behind the scenes. Our involvement in negotiations, whether we are at the bargaining table or not, includes all aspects from salary, to discipline, and working conditions.
