The Firm focuses on representing their clients in matters related to residential and commercial leases. We represent landlords and tenants with respect to the drafting and reviewing leases, evictions, and litigation or mediation of landlord/tenant disputes.
Our mission is to assist our clients in negotiating and drafting leases, or representing our clients in court to either litigate or mediate the landlord/tenant dispute. Through the drafting a lease, we can assist our clients in avoiding the traditional pitfalls in a landlord/tenant relationship. In addition, in representing landlords and tenants, our attorneys can insure that the client complies with any required statutory or lease conditions prior to filing suit.
